Description of the Service
The Service operates with device-based identity and may enable you to create or edit visual content using AI or remote image-processing infrastructure. Features may vary by app version and platform.
Account and device
Authentication is tied to your device. You are responsible for securing your device, app data, and credentials. Risks arising from sharing your device identifier or session data with third parties are yours.
Subscriptions and billing
Parts of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are purchased through the storefront where the app is distributed (such as Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to that platform’s payment, invoicing, and cancellation rules.
Plans may include, for example, weekly, monthly, three-month, six-month, and annual durations. Depending on region or time, only a subset of these options may be offered.
Pricing and plan structure may change based on campaigns, promotions, regional strategy, and store policies. The price applicable to new purchases is shown on the storefront at checkout. For renewals of existing subscriptions, advance price notices follow the relevant platform’s rules.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through the store’s subscription management. We do not process refunds directly; refund requests are handled through the platform’s processes.
Use rights and limits
Free or paid tiers may include quotas, feature limits, or rate limits. You must not misuse the Service, harm our systems, generate content that infringes others’ rights, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. Violations may result in action including suspension of access.
Content and intellectual property
The app, our branding, and our software are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Rights in outputs you generate depend on applicable law and the terms of third-party tools we use; we do not guarantee any particular result or commercial usability.
Uses that are illegal, promote violence or hatred, infringe personality or privacy rights, or generate misleading representations are strictly prohibited.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We make no express or implied warranties regarding output quality, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we may provide notice in the app or by email. The current text is always published at /terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law and disputes
Governing law and venue are determined in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in the country where you reside.
