- Personal photos uploaded by the user, including face data that may appear in those photos.
- Vehicle photos uploaded by the user.
- Vehicle information such as brand, model, year, color, plate, and similar details.
- Prompts, descriptions, and other text submitted by the user.
- Images generated by artificial intelligence.
- App usage data and in-app interaction data.
- Device information, device identifiers, error reports, and technical logs.
- Purchase and subscription information, only to the extent processed through Apple App Store and subscription infrastructure providers such as RevenueCat.
2. How we use data
We use collected data for the following purposes:
- To create the AI-generated images requested by the user.
- To personalize generated images based on uploaded photos, vehicle photos, and vehicle information.
- To show generated images to the user and maintain the user’s image history or gallery.
- To maintain sessions, quotas, subscription status, and access to premium features.
- To improve the user experience and app functionality.
- To detect errors, resolve technical problems, protect security, and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
3. AI image generation
The app processes photos, vehicle photos, vehicle information, and prompts submitted by the user to create new images using artificial intelligence. Before starting image generation, users are informed that their uploaded content may be processed by AI for this purpose.
Generated images are AI-created content. We do not claim that generated images are real photographs, official documents, verified visual records, or accurate representations of real-world facts.
4. Third-party AI providers
Image generation may be performed through our own servers and third-party AI service providers. The Service currently uses Fal.ai for AI image generation, image editing, and related processing.
Photos, vehicle photos, vehicle information, and prompts may be sent to Fal.ai only to create the image requested by the user. This data is not used by us for advertising targeting, third-party marketing, or user profiling.
5. Photos and personal visual data
Photos uploaded by users may contain personal data, including faces, vehicle plates, addresses, documents, third-party information, or sensitive information. Users should avoid uploading images that include unauthorized images of third parties, license plates, identity documents, addresses, or other sensitive information unless they have the necessary rights and permissions.
We process uploaded photos only for AI image generation and the related technical operation of the Service.
6. Face data
The app does not use face data for face recognition, biometric identification, identity verification, user authentication, or biometric profiling. Face data may be collected only when a user chooses to upload a personal photo that contains a face.
Face data contained in uploaded photos is used only to create the AI-generated image requested by the user, personalize that generated image, display the generated result to the user, and operate the related technical features of the Service.
Face data may be processed on our servers and may be sent to our third-party AI provider, Fal.ai, only for image generation and related image editing. It may also be stored by our cloud storage, hosting, database, logging, or security providers where necessary to operate the Service.
Face data is not sold, used for advertising targeting, third-party marketing, user profiling, or shared for purposes unrelated to the user’s requested image generation.
Uploaded photos that may contain face data are retained only for as long as needed to complete image generation and operate the Service. Generated images may be stored in the user’s account or device history so the user can view them later. Users may request deletion of uploaded photos, generated images, or account-related data by contacting support.

Uploaded photos, vehicle photos, prompts, and vehicle information may be stored for as long as needed to complete image generation and operate the Service. Generated images and related vehicle information may be stored in the user’s account or device history so the user can view them later.
Users may request deletion of their images, generated content, or account-related data by contacting support. Where deletion is not immediately possible because of legal, security, backup, or dispute-resolution obligations, we limit retention to what is necessary.
8. User content and responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions for the photos, vehicle images, prompts, and other content they upload. Users must not upload third-party photos without permission, copyright-infringing images, documents containing personal data, illegal content, or unauthorized sensitive information.
Users may be responsible for legal claims or damages arising from content they upload or submit to the Service.
9. Data sharing
User data may be shared in the following situations:
- With third-party AI providers, such as Fal.ai, when necessary for AI image generation.
- With cloud storage, database, hosting, and server infrastructure providers.
- With analytics, crash reporting, attribution, debugging, and security services.
- With Apple App Store and subscription infrastructure providers, such as RevenueCat, for purchase status, subscription management, and premium access.
- With competent authorities when legally required.
User data is not sold without permission.
10. Other third-party technologies
We may use third-party solutions to improve the app, protect security, and support analytics or marketing measurement. Each provider is subject to its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase and related Google services: For analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, or cloud-related components; device or app identifiers and usage events may be processed.
- Meta Facebook SDK: For app events, debugging, advertising, or measurement functions; identifiers or interaction data may be shared depending on platform permissions and Meta’s policies.
- Mobile measurement partners: For installs, re-engagement, and campaign attribution; advertising identifiers or other signals may be processed under the relevant partner’s terms.
- RevenueCat: For subscription status, entitlement management, and purchase-related webhook processing.
What these integrations collect depends on the platform, your device permissions, and app configuration. You can manage relevant permissions and ad tracking through your operating system settings.
11. Advertising and marketing use
Personal photos, vehicle photos, prompts, and generated images uploaded or created by users are not used for advertising, promotional materials, social media posts, or marketing purposes without the user’s explicit permission.
12. Legal bases
We process data to perform our contract with you, based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, where necessary to comply with legal obligations, and where applicable based on your consent.
13. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, including GDPR or Turkish KVKK where relevant, users may have the right to:
- Learn whether their data is being processed.
- Request information about processed data.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of their data.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Request deletion of their account and generated content.
- Object to processing or request data portability where applicable.

14. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13 or below the minimum age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from such children. If we become aware of such processing, we take reasonable steps to delete relevant data.
15. App Store subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions and payments are processed through Apple App Store. The app does not access the user’s full payment card details. Purchase status, subscription management, and premium feature access may be managed using purchase information provided by Apple and subscription infrastructure providers such as RevenueCat.
16. International data transfers
User data may be processed on servers located outside the user’s country, including by AI providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and other subprocessors. In such cases, data is protected in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
17. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect user data. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
18. Consent withdrawal and data deletion
Users may withdraw previously granted permissions through device settings or inside the app where available. Users may request deletion of uploaded photos, generated images, or account-related data by contacting support.
19. In-app consent notice
The app’s in-app consent notice is intended to be consistent with this policy: “Your uploaded photo, vehicle photo, vehicle information, and prompts may be processed to create images using artificial intelligence. During this process, your data may be sent to the third-party AI providers and/or servers we use for image generation. By continuing, you agree that this data may be processed for image generation.”
20. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we may notify you in-app or through other reasonable channels. The current version is always published on this page.
